GOLF EXPERIENCE
She started playing competitive golf when she was 12 years old. She won her first State Open (Perak Ladies Open) at the age of 14 years old. At 15 years old, she was selected to represent the country to play the Queen Sirikit Cup in New Zealand.

Some of the greatest highlights of her golfing experience is being the first Malaysian woman to win the Malaysian Ladies Open. She still holds the record of being the only one who has won that title 5 times.

In 1992, she emerged the individual winner in the Queen Sirikit Cup (China) and our team took 3rd place, the highest placing our Malaysian ladies team has ever achieved in that prestigious tournament. In 1993, Malaysia team took the gold medal in the South East Asian (SEA) Games and she took the individual silver medal.

She also had the opportunity to play 4 years of collegiate golf over in the United States representing BYU (Brigham Young University).

Throughout her golfing years she had been under the tutelage of many golf coaches such as Barry Bluah, Norman Von Nida, Kel Llewellyn, Alan Murray and Andrew Argus.
